Client Found Not Guilty of Failure to Yield
Loudoun County, Virginia
October 2005
On a sunny day in August, our client, a truck driver, was turning left from a side road onto a two lane highway. An officer was driving past and charged our client with failure to yield the right of way to oncoming traffic. Due to his status as a commercial driver, our client was concerned about the effect such a charge would have on his job and his insurance. The firm defended the charge at trial resulting in a not guilty verdict in favor of our client.
