Firm Successfully Negotiates Plea Bargain

The firm successfully negotiated a plea bargain on behalf of its client in the United States Federal District Court – Alexandria Division. The client was charged with the misdemeanor charge of reckless driving by speed, and allegedly was traveling in excess of thirty miles per hour over the speed limit. The firm was able to negotiate a plea bargain that reduced the charge to a mere speeding ticket. The client was able to avoid having a misdemeanor criminal record, paying the Virginia civil remedial fines, and suffering a suspension of his driver’s license.
