The firm represented a mother seeking to prevent her ex-husband from seeing their children due to her ex-husband’s verbal and emotional abuse of the children due to probable alcoholism and bi-polar disorder. At trial, the firm was successful in convincing the trial court to enter an order limiting husband’s visitation with the children to school activities and telephone correspondence until after his successful completion of a drug and alcohol abuse program and mental health evaluation.
