The firm represented a father embroiled in a custody and visitation dispute. After separating, the parties had a visitation schedule that gave each of them equal time with the children. On questionable grounds, the mother prevented father from seeing the children per that schedule and reduced his visitation to less than 5 days per month. At trial, the firm was successful in getting our client back the visitation schedule that had existed prior to the mother’s conduct. By focusing on the idea that every child deserves two active and involved parents, the firm was able to prevent further alienation by the mother.
