Firm Successfully Prevents Increase in Child Support Award

The firm defended a client against a motion to increase his child support obligation on the basis of an increase in his income. At trial, and after the Plaintiff made her case, the trial court sustained our firm’s motion to strike the evidence and dismissed the Plaintiff’s case.
