Firm Negotiates Reasonable Settlement for Client Moving to a New Residence
City of Alexandria, Virginia
January 2008
The firm represented a mother who moved with her children from northern Virginia, where the father also resided, to a new house in Florida, where her then fiancé resided. Our client’s former husband sought to become the primary physical custodian of the children on the basis of Client’s move. The firm negotiated a settlement with the father’s legal counsel that maintained our client’s status as the primary physical custodian of the children.
