Firm Resolves Dispute Among LLC Members

In a case concerning the breakup of an LLC, the firm represented a member of the LLC who was sued by another member for various business torts. The firm filed a countersuit for Breach of Fiduciary duty, Judicial Dissolution and demanded an Accounting. During discovery, the matter was resolved with all claims being dropped and payment being made to our client.
