Firm Successfully Defends Breach of Contract Suit

The firm represented a service company being sued for breach of contract for an amount in excess of $20,000. Upon agreement of the parties, the dispute was handled through binding arbitration. The charges brought against our client were dismissed on our motion to strike the evidence during the arbitration hearing.
