The firm represented a father seeking a change in the custody of his minor child. Prior to the petition, the mother was granted primary physical custody.  A petition was filed be the father and he was subsequently awarded primary physical custody and sole legal custody with visitation being allowed on a supervised basis upon agreement by the father.
